In Screening Our Employees We Follow The Following Procedures
License Verification
The employee’s license/certification
is verified, copied and kept in the employees file. We will present
upon hospital request.
Interviewing TNN Employees
It is important that the employee’s
application is filled out correctly. TNN coordinator review application
with employee. All professional references are check and work history
confirmed.
Certification
A current C.P.R. card are copied we will present
upon hospital request.
For registered nurses that qualify ACLS, PALS and other certifications –We
will present upon hospital requests.

Skills Inventory
All Nurses must fill out our inventory skills
check list (click here or details)
TNN has skills tests for ICU
CCU ER OR. If hospital desires we will have them take the hospital
skills test.
Criminal Background Investigation
TNN contacts the state to ensure
nurses are in good standing.
Orientation To TNN
Employees must be orientated to TNN at which
time our policy and procedures are explained. Subject regarding
probation and termination are reviewed. Job descriptions of Administrator,
service coordinator bookkeeper and director of nurses are discussed
as well job descriptions of licensed and non licensed employees.
TNN role as employer is an important part of TNN orientation.
